Brand work for technical organizations requires earning trust through clarity, not creativity for its own sake. I led messaging alignment first, establishing voice and information hierarchy before touching visual execution, so the design had something real to express. The information architecture had to serve engineers, procurement teams, and executive decision-makers from a single structure. The final system — visual identity, collateral templates, and a WordPress handoff — was built for the client to maintain independently, without a full creative team on retainer.
