Reaching varied audiences across a large and diverse geography, including traditionally underserved communities, with paid media that had to sustain performance over two years, not just at launch.

The challenge wasn't launching a campaign, it was building an optimization rhythm that kept compounding. I aligned messaging across digital, social, and print by audience segment and placement context, then built a performance-monitoring cadence that continuously fed insights back into creative and placement decisions. As the impression volume increased, the budget efficiency remained constant. The 2020 numbers weren't just bigger, they were better.

Energy Trust of Oregon is an independent nonprofit that helps customers of Portland General Electric, Pacific Power, NW Natural, and Cascade Natural Gas save energy and generate renewable power. It administers one of the largest utility efficiency programs in the Pacific Northwest.
